How long will my custom order take?

We assure you we will work as quickly as possible to make sure you have your product in hand in the least amount of time. Most of that depends on how many changes are required and how quickly your response time is. We always try to be ahead of schedule, but we do have some times of the year where we do get a little backed up with orders. Below is a sample of how long it usually takes for production on some of our most popular items. Please note these times do not include shipping and you can receive your items sooner by paying a rush fee. Wedding Invitation Suites: 4-6 weeks Wedding Programs: 3 weeks Cutting Boards: 1-2 weeks Jewelry: 1-2 weeks Also please feel free to message us about current production times if you need a product by a certain date, we will try to be as accomodating as possible!

What is the process for placing a personalized order?

Whether it is your wedding invitations or a custom coaster set, we are here to do it all for you! Here is the easiest way to place your custom order! 1. Select your blank item from the custom orders tab. 2. Select "add personalization" 3. Type out what you are looking for in the provided text box. 4. Add item to your cart. 5. If your order involves a specific image please email that image to paperpantherdesign@gmail.com with your corresponding order number. 6. Approve or make changes to your custom proof sent to you via email. 7. Receive your product and don't forget to write us a review!

Can you do more than what I see on the website?

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is the process of leaving a permanent deep mark in a material using a laser beam. Unlike other more traditional methods, the heat of the beam will melt and vaporise the portion of material that it is being aimed at. What’s left behind is a smooth, permanent engraving.
